La Sala d'Autoritats serà l'escenari on el cuiner del restaurant Malena de Lleida, Xixo, presentarà un plat creat específicament pel nou oli de la Cooperativa dels Torms, l'Olier. Així, a partir de les 18.00h d'avui dissabte es presentarà el plat 'Pèsols i patates a l'Olier' (a la imatge un moment de la presentació).
